    Pros

    Only Monday-Friday you get delta flight benefits No weekend or holidays. You work by yourself.
    I hated lying to people.

    Cons

    You are working undercover spying on airlines. You are working under a false company name. You are lie to passengers that you work for the airport when you work for delta.
    You offering a survey card for upper management for delta. You are spying on all airlines. You travel every week to different airports.

    Advice to Management

    Needs a new team manager. She is a bully and be littles her employees.

    Travel Benefits!, Amazing & FUN Co-workers, unpredictable daily tasks/challenges so you never feel bored.

    Cons

    Hourly pay is below-standard and work rules are frustrating. The schedule can be exhausting @ times & stressful. People can be entitled, rude and/or mean.

    Advice to Management

    Management is under Alaska Airlines now. They will make all of the decisions for the future.

    Low pay and poor work rules for inflight crew (cabin crew). You're at the mercy of crew scheduling.

    I was instructed to submit a video interview by this company and it was brief and fun

    Cons

    I still haven't received my "Thank you but no thank you" email as I was told I would receive. It's been 2 weeks since my interview.

    Advice to Management

    I do not have any advice other than getting back to potential candidates in a timely manner. We are very eager to hear any news regarding our progress whether it is good news or bad.
