    Pros

Flexible Schedule, especially once holding a line. Flight benefits (domestic... international not as great as major airlines), nonroutine (I love it), new friends, chill culture, opportunity to make more money if you want!

    Cons

Supervisors are awful and impossible to get a hold of, email, or get anything fixed. Pay could be better, but it will be changing soon with Alaska! Whoop!

    Fun Company

    Pros

This was a fun job since you get to travel a lot, I met so many amazing coworkers, schedule was somewhat flexible and it wasn't 9-5. Raises are pretty steep, which helps if you plan on staying with the company for more than 5 years.

    Cons

Disconnect between HQ/managers and people out in the field, managers don't have your backs at all time, low pay, sometimes you can get stranded with delays for hours and not get paid for it.

    Pros

Great co-workers. Fun company environment. Awesome flight benefits. Good uniforms. Good opportunities for career advancement. Flexible schedule and shift trade opportunities.

    Cons

Inconsistencies with local station management. Still growing so sometimes TOO much change in policy when benefiting middle management. Tough environment working with delayed or canceled flights.

    Pros

Flexible schedule and good co workers make this job one that's easy to come to everyday. You get to travel the world for next to nothing. It's fun to hear about guest trips and meet many different types of people.

    Cons

Parking at the airport can get pricey, and traffic going to and from can definitely become annoying. You have to pay a toll every time you leave work...
