The environment was friendly, fun, and very supportive. Management was always listening to what employers had to say, which in turn made it a great place to work.

Cons

Some miscommunication but may have been fixed with time. Also managers were often overworked.

Seeks to promote diversity but cannot hire or retain employees with diverse backgrounds. Current employees of diverse backgrounds are used as puppets for the company to seem more diverse. These employees are almost always paid and promoted less than peers. The Head of People and the CFO are more focused on keeping compensation costs low than anything else. Employees of diverse backgrounds are encouraged to participate in DEIB groups but will find that they are the only one or one of a few that actually identify with the group's purpose. Leaders of DEIB groups are not compensated for their work.

Start-up company so did not have the same name recognition. Bonus that it is a Virgin Group company.
