    Pros

Mostly relaxed atmosphere and great students!

    Cons

The infrastructure is a complete mess. One person does a certain "thing," and if that person isn't there and you need that "thing" done, oh well. Whole departments go to lunch at the same time leaving the office unmanned. And the pay? Near starvation wages. As an instructor, I was paid less than the secretary... Oy!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of some of the top salary heavy positions, and pay those that do the real work of teaching. Cross train a few folk so that customers don't to wait days for Melton to come back from vacation to get things processed. Oy!
