    - If you like to be verbally harassed
    - No one gets fired so you can behave however you want
    - HR does nothing but process payroll. No feedback is taken seriously

    Cons

    Pros

    Good early learning curve.
Responsibilities to interns given same as Engineers with <3 years of work experience.
Team members helpful, and easy to work with

    Cons

Poor pay, much below the norm in similar positions, despite the company doing well financially
Constant attrition of employees, management seemingly unconcerned with this
Too few engineers for the amount of work that needs done
    Require self-motivated engineers

    Advice to Management

Company attitude towards employees needs to change. Yes, existing employees are replaceable, but a constant attrition cannot ensure continuity, and leads to poor morale among existing employees, with everyone looking to move at the earliest opportunity.
