Pay is not competitive. Short staffed.

    Advice to Management

Better staffing. Pay should consider education and experience.

I have been working at Virtua Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    3 12 hour shifts Benefits

    Cons

Your basically doing CNA work the entire time, if you have to do 1:1s (which is most of the time you have to make sure your working with a good group or you will sit for 12 hours straight) Manager you see every 6-9 months if that.

    Advice to Management

Care for your PCTs and you wouldn’t have such an overturn of losing them if they feel appreciated with incentives, also more incentives for night shift they give us nothing.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Virtua Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Sorry their are no pros

    Cons

I come to find that Virtua is a racist company to work for. They over work their employees no matter if it puts their patients in danger. They are all about the mighty dollar that is the their #1 priority.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage and stop using your job title to bully your employees.
