    Negative Outlook

I worked at Virtual Heroes full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great production team to work with. A great work/life balance. Not a lot of crunch time put in except for important milestones.

    Cons

Poor production management. No clear direction for the company that was apparent for years. Career development was non-existent. The only times I saw someone promoted was when their senior quit or was fired.
