    Great company to work for benefit breakfast every Monday and Wednesday. breakfast llunch and dinner every quarter end for the duration of quarter end tasks

    Cons

    work late during quarter end. 12-14 hours, no extra compensation for working extra

    pay employee during quarter end just for motivation in order for them to give the best of themselves

    No communication from upper management. Underpaid salary. Inefficient HR department. Minimum training

    Low pay for the amount of work required. Late nights at the office and early mornings during quarter and year ends.

    Higher more people so the few employees there aren't overworked

    A lot of changes; learn a lot

    Cons

    The salary is not equalized among the employees. You will find same position with huge difference in the salary (for not good reasons)

    Advice to Management

    Everyone knows everything; there is no confidentiality. Listen to your employees, they have a lot.

    Pros

    Free breakfast and food on Fridays, unlimited hours if your good, you can choose to work in the morning or in the evenings

    Cons

    If someone is absent the work it distributed among s the team keep in mind with a hourly pay that is already below market for the type of job that is handled.

    Advice to Management

    Fire HR and management. They do not know how to select people and keep them.
