Career performance is paramount for Gen X workers. Company culture, growth potential, and work-life balance are important for Millennials/Gen Y. They also thrive at startups.

    Few good people if you are lucky to be part of their team

    No work life balance. Poor leadership...no respect or recognition. Will treat you as dirt...

    WFH if you are on remote project
    Avg health care and other benefits
    Decent base pay , NASDAQ listed .

    Cons

    No career progression, no training , bonuses are only paid to top management, only way to grow is you have to suck up to seniors

    I worked at Virtusa (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    After virtusa acquired Polaris lot of opportunities. Big company Good culture. Higher level mgt is good and responsible. A lot of opportunities in India.

    Cons

    Limited options for onsite. There is a huge communication gap between employees and management. RMG team is not good though they have many opportunities but not able to manage it properly.

    Please b more flexible and communicative there is a lot of difference between managers and employees
