I worked at Virtusa full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Salary will be on date - 01st of every month & will know every-type of services - Taxi Booking Software to Condom Vending machine application

    Cons

Presently it is going through a transition but less worker more mid-level Manager is making business impact in Virtusa's Portfolio in market.
Hr will change policy as per their requirement - Just consider MBO as donation to company for providing sitting capacity & facility like AC, laptop - never expect that.
Sr. Leadership is busy to earn money for themselves and creating wealth, fixing GC issue to stay back USA & couple of busy to push relatives to onsite.
Finance is the biggest black-hole - they will never give you any calculation before and also never communicate.
Facility manager is busy to facilitate himself not other employees.
IT Team is not sure about the require software but if you drop a mail with some VP/Directors name - they will do whatever you ask.
And the last is Logistic Team - ask them what they are doing - no leadership, no communication - just playing the role as Managers are looking for.

    Advice to Management

Not sure if U people bought Polaris or vice-versa & you people loosing good people like anything.
