I have been working at Visa Inc. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

New CEO may be pointing Visa in a better direction and is taking some preliminary actions that are more focused on developing and recognizing employees much more than under the previous CEO's business climate.

    Cons

Long-standing organization structure challenges (4 years without a consolidated global product group) leads to disparate execution on admittedly clear strategic goals.

    Advice to Management

Consolidate product management, assess senior technology leadership's effectiveness (i.e. - cost cutting results vs. effectiveness of developer churn), and choose a smaller number of growth areas to fund with massive profits instead of continually buying back stocks.
