Some software collegues don’t use good software practices and that have a direct impact on deliver quality

Review the industry standards about how software should be build. Review the current tech leads if they are capable of ensure that and if not reconsider their role

Pros
Business area is very interesting. A lot of talented employees across all teams. Casual and very friendly environment.
Cons
Bad management that extends from the company partners all the way to some of the team leaders. Company is always selling products that doesn't exist yet with impossible delivery timelines that forces people to work extra hours almost daily. Management rewards teams that have an "hack anything just for the delivery" mentality and bad practices. Penalizes teams with good practices. Every 2/3 years makes a... revolution in the organization of teams instead of solving their real issues. The last one was to organize the company with a structure of a consultant firm.

Great technology, well respected in the marketplace, the UK office has a very mature attitude to employees, feel trusted and respected

Hours can be long, and expectations high but flexible approach means you can have a good work/life balance
Advice to Management
None really, I have been here a while and the growth has been impressive, sometimes painfully fast, but the right attitude from management and the right people means it is going in the right direction.

Great peers, and probably above average salary.
Cons
The company is completely unstructured and miss all the deadlines. As a result a lot pressure is put in everyone. No one is able to assume responsability and there is a lot finger pointing mentality.
