    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Vision to Work full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A TRUE consulting firm. The partners do the work. Solution oriented rather than revenue focused.

    Cons

Small firm that must compete against big consulting firms.

    Pros

You are able to meet new people and change their way of thinking about glasses and how they can see.

    Cons

The hardest challenge is trying to get people to understand that their eyes are the most important thing they have.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be put your all into it. Don't just do it because it's your job. You have to feel and love what you do.

    Pros

Flexible, a range of clients, always pushing for innovation, most important value- that things make sense.

A great balance of research, consulting, guiding, transferring of skill and knowledge to clients and interacting with people on a grand scale.

    Cons

Few clients have the fortitude to follow the best "make sense" solutions so the dreams and visions do not necessarily match reality.

From crazy busy to not and never in the order you thought it would happen. It is all work or all life and hard to put the two together.

    Advice to Management

Take things one step at a time internally and with clients, but keep that big view in mind, it is refreshing.
