    I worked at Visionworks part-time

    Pros

Great Vision insurance and good benefits for full time employees. Scheduling was somewhat flexible to work with class schedule. The district manager seemed impressed with the store's sales.

    Cons

District Manager was oblivious that the store manager treated employees poorly. One associate and the Store manager were friends so there was favoritism. Another associate was ill and awaiting treatment. Gossip and rude remarks towards her for inability to make it to work at times for her illness.

    Advice to Management

Be aware of how management treats other employees. Pushing some of the sales is a little unfair.

I have been working at Visionworks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with patients and customers and giving excellent customer service. Working with knowledgeable employees as a team. Close to my home.

    Cons

Company has gone down since my date of hire. Manager does not lead. Disorganized front desk. Very little feedback. Everyone is not on the same page.

    Advice to Management

Need a leader who can express likes and dislikes with employees. Need much more organization. This makes for an office that is scrambling around to complete tasks.
