I have been working at Visiting Angels full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There is always ongoing support for the CNA/HCA and the office support team.

    Cons

I see that there are more things that we could learn from advanced training with WAC and new software programming.

I worked at Visiting Angels full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Co workers are kind and take care of each other

    Cons

Owners are tyrants. They show very little faith in their staff with an exception to their favorites. Verbally abusive

    Advice to Management

Organize your office, train employees properly, update the software and stay at home and let those who know the current situation of the industry offer their expertise.

I worked at Visiting Angels full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Coworkers are flexible with the other staff if needed

    Cons

Owners are racists, lie, cheat on the system, verbally abusive and emotional abusive towards the staff, no matter what you're interviewing and hired for the are not even going to be giving you a position of such, they call other employees names and judge them with any filters and call them fat or "needs more than appropriate ethical words" of recommendation for the next hiring. Pay is horrific and completely thought it...

    Advice to Management

Don't say anything about the employees who are helping to keep supporting your company when you are lucky to have not been sued by an employee and/or client. KEEPING your own opinion in your head is the best way to communicate with people who are going to be giving you the needed help.

I worked at Visiting Angels full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great coworkers. Decent pay. Hours are good for family time. Not much more to say about pros but have to for 20 word minimum.

    Cons

The owner is a tyrant. She does not allow you to do your job. People are singled out and bullied. Not one day goes by without someone crying in the office. Caregivers are used even if in none compliance, are suspected of drug use or have been reported taking clients medications. If you speak up, you are shunned from meetings and job duties stripped away. There is no manager only the owner to report issues to and the...

    Advice to Management

The owners need to stay home. Hire an office manager. Stay in compliance and let us do our jobs.
