I have been working at Visiting Nurse Association of Florida full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Because the company is family owned and operated, it feels like you are with family when you are at work. Every time I've needed time off to tend to my family, no questions asked, I've been able to take my time. I enjoy being around most of my co-workers. I am always treated with respect. The HR team is wonderful. I feel comfortable speaking to them. More women are holding higher positions and it's very rewarding to see.

    Cons

No paid federal holidays. Wish it weren't taken from my PTO.
