Clinical supervisors are supportive VP Nicole is very understanding and will help in anyway she can Get to see clients progress and it can be very rewarding
Cons
Scheduling picks and chooses who they like Scheduling will lie about what you say to them to management Schedulers work from home and do not understand what us BI’s actually have to do out in the field so they have no empathy Schedulers also work from home, every time you call seems like they were either sleeping or getting their kids in the car

- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Being able to make a difference in my clients lives.
Cons
Very stressful environment, too much documentation and micro managing, felt like they only cared about the billing and making money for the company than caring about the actual care of the clients.

Don’t bother here

Only pro: Work from home opportunity
Cons
Hostile work environment. Not friendly. Management constantly promises bonuses and creates loopholes. Threats of job security when management is upset. When asking for help, it comes with consequences that aren’t clear until you’re made aware later on. Horrible work place.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Very friendly (for the most part) small company with some problems higher up
Sep 15, 2017 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Most people are very friendly and helpful. The company pays for all the materials. The PTO and sick time are good for full time employees. Paid Drive time. They have a holiday party at a resturaunt with gift cards from the company. Most of the Interventionist and case managers are supportive.
Cons
It's hard to get full time hours. If you miss just a few hours because clients cancel or you are sick you loose all full time benefits (health care). It is very hard to qualify for health care and it is an expensive policy. The scheduler is not local news does not know the area so routes, parking and travel time aren't always taken into account. Scheduling is left to the last minute and had many mistakes and lack of communication. Because of scheduling issues you are sometimes randomly taken off of cases and no one outside of scheduling or administration knows about the changes or what's going on. A few people in the company try to cause problems and don't follow ABA guidelines. There's a huge disconnect to the higher ups in the company.
