    Cons

Not so much a con but you get out of it what you put into it.

    Advice to Management

Expand support of your Chairs, without them there is no business.

I have been working at Vistage Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Awesome culture, driven support team, aligned values and purpose, clarity of short term goals, good leadership team. Great game plan in place to provide alignment and clarity for the support team.

    Cons

Fast paced environment that requires agility. Associates must be willing to have a growth mindset to be successful. High energy and change adaptive individuals tend to be more successful.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Vistage Worldwide as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The Vistage community includes a a wide variety of smart, effective, ethical, ambitious, determined Chairs, CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, and key executives. The monthly meetings help them work "on" their business, not just "in" it. As a Vistage Chair, I am delighted with my experience here in Ohio -- and grateful for the support I receive from the central offices in San Diego.

    Cons

There's not anything to complain about. The Chair Agreement I've signed with the central office is clear and all parties adhere to the terms. Here's the only negative: "Vistage" is still not fully known throughout the market, so there are potential candidates for membership who haven't met a local Vistage Columbus Chair.

    Advice to Management

Keep innovating, keep testing assumptions, keep finding great Chair and Member candidates for our local market.

I have been working at Vistage Worldwide (More than 5 years)

    Pros

As a Vistage speaker, you'll be exposed to (and get access to) 20,000 CEOs and key executives. People don't think of it this way, but Vistage is the world's largest speakers bureau.

    Cons

Vistage speaker "honorariums" start out at $500 and top out at $1,500 (plus all travel expenses) which is sort of low. That said, it's a chance to demonstrate your expertise in front of 12-18 CEOs/key executives (AKA decision makers) who think nothing of hiring you at $10K or more for a 1 day gig.

    Advice to Management

Turnover at HQ in San Diego seems high. Focus on making your team feel some love.

I worked at Vistage Worldwide as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The workplace environment here is amazing. The HR department prides themselves on hiring people that fit their work dynamic. As a new employee, everyone was super helpful in answering all my questions and really making me feel welcome.

    Cons

There tended to be a lot of free food so I think I may have gained some weight over the summer I was there.

    Advice to Management

Nothing that I can think of to put here because they're doing good. Just keep doing what you're doing because you're doing it well.

    Cons

Some lack of clarity around strategy
