I have been working at Vistaprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, plenty of paid time off--3 weeks to start, and up to 4 weeks after 5 year tenure, 4 floating holidays yearly. As a Thank You for staying with the company every 5 years, you also receive an additional take-all-at-once month off called a Vistabreak.

    Cons

At least on my team, we are not having much upward growth. Everyone is stuck with their role. In the past 5 years, team members roles grew immensely, but now have slowed down.
