The company doesn’t create any new IT products, applications or processes. It doesn’t have human, financial or technical resources to function as a real IT company. The environment in the office is negative and toxic; the management lacks what it takes to be a business leader – there is no vision or a strategy on how to run a successful company with continuous growth, how to build teams, motivate employees or create positive and encouraging work environment.
