    Pros

Simple work and plenty of overtime.

    Cons

No raise unless promoted, plenty of drama between management.

    Advice to Management

A lot of overtime, and frustration could've been avoided if leads/management would've been on the same page at al times.

    Pros

You get your overtime and plenty of it when business is good. You want too explain that something is not working properly and they just rig it up too get by, then say you broke it.

    Cons

Not giving raises every year, its like every 2 years. And they play favorites under their wings for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention too your hard workers.

management didn't seem to know what they were doing, the available shifts kept changing dramatically with little notice or employee feedback, animosity between departments (specifically customer service and the warehouse), low end pay

    Advice to Management

learn the systems better so that the employee can better understand how to use them, listen to employee feedback

    Pros

The work is not too hard or complicated from a mental standpoint.

    Cons

Wages are not high for how rough the work can be on your body at times. Steady hours every week but overtime fluctuations make it hard to earn more than a very basic income.

    Advice to Management

Instead of trying to sell employees on the low difficulties of the job while ignoring the toll work in the warehouse can have on the body and using that to justify low wages, you coud maybe be better served compensating employees for the effort they put into work that can wear them down physically.
