    Pros

Great company to work for! I was given a lot of respect and responsibility and learned a lot. I was also given a diverse amount of work which is very important when first starting off. When entering a job it difficult to know what area specifically you wish to work in. Caturano lets you test out all the waters. Also great amount of vacation days!

    Cons

I wish they had more offices. I left because I wished to relocate and there was no office to relocate to.

    Advice to Management

Communication is the most important thing. i found a lot of managers that were able to "manage up" better than manage down to staff.

    Pros

Free parking (was grandfathered in), close to downtown. Great employees, lots of perks, dinners during tax season, parties and lots of events.

    Cons

Clueless managers, run the business by a spreadsheet. Spreading themselves too thin, don't reward people appropriately for the work they put in.

    Advice to Management

Focus on key areas of the business, try not to spread thin across all technologies, trying to be everything to everyone.
