Good entry level position
Jan 16, 2023 - Productivity Consultant in Bala Cynwyd, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Provides training for an entry level position in IT
Cons
All work from home. In front of a computer all day.

Pros
Remote work, that’s about it…if you like being micromanaged, then this is a job for you!!!
Cons
Better training, better culture. Management here is archaic and not helpful. Your “PL” can’t even explain processes or navigate a correct call…all they do is look at your current status and reprimand you on your time management. There a KB’s and procedures to follow, but your “PL” rarely knows the workflow. Very low pay for the roles. Very low level of respect for employees. People are not provided an opportunity to grow. The company spends zero dollars on employee training. Delivery often fails. No review process almost impossible to be 'promoted.' Leadership is not vested in your growth. Upper management makes it very uncomfortable, because they call on your immediate managers to essentially watch your statuses down to the second. You can and will get in trouble for a 15 minute break that lasts 15 minutes and 10 seconds. You can and will get in trouble if you press the button for the wrong status. Usually you have only seconds between calls. ALWAYS understaffed. There is never a route to promotion in the company. - Customers will treat you like garbage and nothing is done about it - 3rd party IT If you like the movie Office Space, and you mess up…you get three bosses telling you about it.

Pros

Cons
Management belittles you. There is no direction, no growth in the company. Empty promises and work is unsatisfactory. There are better companies out there with better benefits and opportunities.

Not recommended
Apr 14, 2023 - Productivity Consultant in Phila, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Remote work, lots of pressure and low pay
Cons
Training isnt what they promise, you teach yourself. Bonuses are a 10th of what they state when hiring. No opportunity for advancement, high turnover.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Remote work, that’s about it
Cons
Absolutely no training given. In a sales role you are just told to start calling and schedule a meeting with someone if you need help. Sets new sales people up for zero success. Supervisors barely have time to shadow your work and provide feedback and pay is incredibly low, commission impossible starting out. Delivery of services often fail. No room for growth. Don’t take a job here.
