    Pros

Flexibility in working from home. Average to good pay.

    Cons

Work review process is poor. Happens only once a year and very haphazard. Managers do not take the effort to do a full review and instead make a general analysis.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and have a more transparent review process.

    Pros

Good work-life balance, managers do not micro-manage. Good first job out of college.

    Cons

Lack of incentives can lead to lack of motivation.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to motivate through incentives other than the periodical project performance bonus.

    Pros

If you enjoy being micromanaged or treated like a number and not a human being then there's your pro! No pros. Fooled that it's a great company but it's not.

    Cons

No communication from the CEO or senior management. Employees don't matter but more run like a sweat shop. You talk with the people you work with not at them.

    Advice to Management

Actually listen to your employees and their needs and stop delegating.

I worked at Vitech Systems Group full-time

    Pros

Smart people to work with, great technical staff

    Cons

Micromanaging project managers, sales team will sell the product before the product is actually developed and communicated to client facing account team. That will lead to client asking you questions that product team has never even published in company documentation.

    Laughable bonus, no 401k match

    Advice to Management

Listen to you employees or they will leave

    Pros

Hmmm, cannot think of a single one. Trying, trying, nope nada, coming up blank.

    Cons

At Vitech, I had the opportunity to meet the most hateful and bitter person I have ever experienced in my life. I had only heard about people that hateful in fairy tales; I didn't think they actually existed. They were in leadership and I reported to them.
There was no work life balance. It was nothing for a developer to put in 80 hours. Vitech seemed to love finding candidates that were from over seas, I believe, so they could hold them captive.
Benefits, as others have mentione, are bare bones. No 401k, no bonus, below average PTO.
Perhaps it all depends on who your leader is, but quite honestly I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless their only other option was putting their kids up for adoption because they could not feed them.
While at Vitech, you run the risk of being riddled with anxiety, demeaned, and having your self-worth stripped from you.

    Advice to Management

Look around, figure out who I am talking about as one of your leaders and fire them. According to LinkedIn, they are still there. Save the rest of your employees who are trying. Your front lines employees are trying and trying hard.
Improve your benefits. Think long term and less factory like. Demonstrate that employee well-being is a company concern.
Had no issues with the leader of the company.

    Pros

Amazing Team. You are exposed to a wide variety of duties and helps grow your repertoire.

    Cons

Tough clients. The target clientele is for most part not tech savvy and very closed to learning new concepts.

I have been working at Vitech Systems Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great first job out of college with competitive pay given no experience. Many firms can't be bothered hiring college grads to train as business analysts. Good job if you want to stay in software/IT/tech industry. Great work life balance.

    Cons

Not much of a formal training program. Analysts tend to be placed on a single track process. Huge disconnect between senior management and the employees carrying out the work. No 401K matching.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better training for incoming analysts
