Be present, most people viewed management as a joke. Real concerns were never addressed.

    Pros

They actually have steady employment, company vehicles, and they actually teach transferable skills that you can take into another job.

    Cons

Management, like so many other places. Believe it or not there were people working there who made over $100k a year and had their pay cut because management didn't like that uneducated workers were making that much. I actually heard it with my own ears and saw the changes with my own eyes.

    Advice to Management

Remember that each workers is a representation of not only your company but the companies you service. And success on paper doesn't always mean success in the workplace.
