      No opinion of CEO

I worked at Viterra full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Competitive wage, other than that nothing else comes to mind.

      Cons

Unwillingness to adapt to changes. Unwillingness to learn or allow new employees to learn new things. Do not like to hear new ideas. Management treats employees as lesser people and they do not follow company training or mission statements. Discrimination and harassment is a daily occurrence but expected to be just swept under the rug and for people not to speak about it.

      Advice to Management

Respect in the workplace, discrimination/harassment training should be followed as per the training modules. Be open to suggestions and treat fellow employees as people and not disposable items.

I worked at Viterra full-time for less than a year

      Pros

The people who worked there were really great. Hours were great too (8-5) I liked working days and no weekends

      Cons

Not the best work life balance for temporary employee. Felt like I could have received better training. And permanent positions should receive better wages
