    Pros

Great place to work. Everyone is nice with you. My managers were very comprehensive and willing to help at every moment.

    Cons

No opportunity for interns to have a full time position.

    Advice to Management

Keep going with the way you treat people. Consider giving a full time opportunity for any student capable of doing the job.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Vitro Packaging as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company eats - a lot! Food is always plentiful. Doughnuts on Fridays. Fun employee events - with a lot of great food of course.

    Cons

Company makes promises it can't keep. I was assured longevity on multiple occasions, but my contract was terminated early due to lack of work.

    Advice to Management

Don't make promised you can't keep. Processes are cumbersome and outdated.
