One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the emphasis on diversity and collaboration. I had a very personal issue that I needed my companys help for. I was really grateful that went over the top to help me and my family feels so grateful for all their help during a crisis time. If you are reading this I think you will know who I am but I just want to thank you again for being so generous to me and my family. When I switched my job to Viva, I never imagined how grateful I would be.

I was directed here by my colleague who loves viva naturals and wanted me to help combat the unfair negative reviews here. I cannot speak for anyone else but my experience has been only positive. Management from what I can see has been compassionate, kind and very generous. I interact fairly regularly with the management and I can say they have only been respectful to me. There is 1 or 2 negative employees who are not very welcoming but otherwise everyone else is very good.

Viva Naturals is an amazing place to work and I am glad to be part of the organisation. Everyone is very very supportive and you will feel like a part of family. Leaders are very good mentor and always stand there to help you and also challenge you which is a great experience and help you enhance your knowledge and skills. The CEO and COS says feel free to reach out anytime and we are always available for you. They always talk to you as a friend.....awesome na?? A great place to utilise your expertise and learn lots of new things. You are free to explore and experiment and everyone will be with you. You would love to enjoy working here. It is not a bad place to work.

The leadership should be more involved. They have a clown doing all funny things who keeps checking who is online. This is a bad practice. There is no one to question this clown to stop doing these funny things and work on important things.

If you are hungry to expand your knowledge and grow professionally then look no further as Viva will provide you ample opportunities to work on multiple projects. Leadership team is amazing to work with and a very warm & friendly co-workers! On site gym and 4 weeks paid holidays are icing on the cake!

Sometimes it might get overwhelming as Viva is quick to grab opportunities and pivot its plan to tackle the challenges.
