From the very first day, the team made me feel like a valued member and helped me settle in quickly. My team leads and colleagues were always available to answer any questions and ensured I had all the resources I needed to excel in my role. The company culture at Viveo is genuinely something special. It is a fast-paced startup environment, but the energy and enthusiasm among the team are contagious. I appreciate the open-door policy of the management team, which has created a positive and collaborative work environment.

Where to begin. - Salary payments are frequently late/missing. - Management is leaving 5 star Glassdoor reviews to try to inflate the average rating. - The company isn't paying its employment taxes, so those who are attempting to relocate end up paying the consequence when their visas are denied or postponed without an end in sight. - "Leadership" is nonexistent. Management cares more about frivolous titles than about doing their jobs. - Financial numbers and growth numbers are *always* inflated/skewed to lie to investors and current employees. - Scary financial mismanagement. The company is broke and can't afford to continue operation, but refuses to admit wrongdoing or the truth. - So much lying. Zero trust in management & company because they're always trying to cover up a new lawsuit. - The psychological damage inflicted on employees is astronomical. - They don't support employees wearing masks at the office during a global pandemic. Employees are mocked for it. I was frequently told to remove my mask at work by management. - This is a 'healthcare' company that doesn't know the first thing about healthcare. Or caring for people at all. - This was the most embarrassing workplace I've ever experienced and also the most traumatising.

- Warm colleagues (those not in the management). Living through some hell together really brings you close to each other (suggest not to go for it, though)

- No management competence / old-school management - CEO is emotional, manipulative, narcissistic, insults, accuses and harasses employees - CEO thinks he owns the employees and has no respect for their free time nor health (very hypocritical) - Unrespectable behaviour experienced also in the case of other management members and team leads - Threatening employees - Employees have to work when sick, when on vacation (if it wasn't cancelled at all), on holidays - always! - and no overtime hours are paid, no bonuses seen - Salaries were late but no one notified or explained - horrible employee retention, teams always change and people are constantly leaving the company with severe mental health issues or being fired or laid off without no understandable reason - Many partners were never paid for their services - Using unpaid interns with no goal of keeping them or notifying the interns about it being a temporary free job for the company - Has a problem with paying taxes - Does not provide working tools (laptops) for every employee - CEO tries to hack (previous) employees personal social media accounts

Amazing team, brilliant idea, especially for current world, cool product. Has been with Viveo since the beginning and it was a cool journey. With you the best.

Strong competitors, tough market, quickly changing goals.

The company has high ambition and it is in a fast-growth stage. Really challenging work and lots of possible ways for self-development and growth. Employees are really the top of the market and have great expertise.

With the fast growth pace, the company need more people for scaling :) But this is a problem for every startup.
