      Pros

Great company culture, sponsorships, positive outlook, and swag.

      Cons

It is a typical door to door canvasing job in the solar industry. Set an appointment, close the deal. You're out on your own in a VERY small territory. Beat on doors until blue in the face.

      Pros

Flexible hours. Cool inspirational fluff. Paid trips to Mexico

      Cons

Door to Door sales. Your area is everything. Sleazy management will lie about negative aspects to going solar. Commission only while sales take 4 months on average and they lie about bonuses from the start. They lie about “world class training”, it’s literally 16 hours of videos online with multiple choice questions. Their training is a joke They will lie about what average person makes because top guys boost the averages out of proportion. 80% of people don’t last 8 weeks Management hogs good territory. The company is so Mormon and every guy I saw in management was Mormon. Mandatory unpaid meetings although while waiting to get paid before I quit I missed 4 weeks and management didn’t even call to see if I was dead. You are literally nothing to them unless you’re pumping up their numbers.
