I worked at Vivonet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    New leadership at very top

    Cons

There is no consideration for past work accomplishments or acknowledgement unless you remind them. One of the reasons employees leave this company is because the managers play favorites, not everyone gets an equal opportunity. If they don't like you personally, you will not get the same opportunities.

I attempted to volunteer for separate jobs (relative to my role) and was declined on each attempt for no reason other than they chose someone else (usually same people). I wasn't given a way to improve. Just swept aside. There is no future career building here. If you complain, it will be held against you and the managers will hold grudges and never give you an avenue to improve or another opportunity. You will get labeled and judged.

If you mention that you have an issue with a manager, good luck trying to get anyone on your side. Chances are they will ask you if you really want to work here or not, and give you the option to leave before helping.

    Advice to Management

Get your mangers trained. Mangers need to empower, motivate and improve all their employees. Not choose which ones they want to improve and give all the opportunities to.

There are no avenues for feedback.

Reward employees that don't yell for attention. Reward them for consistent hard work instead of what they have done for you lately.

Make opportunities truly available to everyone, not just who the manager thinks should do it. Evaluate each employee and provide ways for them to succeed. Remove prejudices toward employees and instead allow them the opportunity to prove or improve their value.
