    Pros

    International environment, good for somebody who wants to get chance to work abroad. Very focused on diversity giving all the same or very similr chances for career development. If you have enthusiasm, energy and passion you can do a lot and have a real fun in work.

    Sometimes too buerocratic with slow decision making

    Great perks, same conditions as full-time employees, competitive salary. Friendly environment full of young and fresh people. Initial training gives you depth overview what company's values are.

    Cons

    No chairs or stools at stores for representatives, constantly growing targets and often exaggerated quality expectations that often leads to frustration and stressful atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

    Keep an eye on well-performing and give them appropriate career opportunities. Allow personnel to sit down while talking to customers.

    1. Company culture is very distinct - open, informal, dynamic, you voice your opinions, you maintain your own personal style and you are part of an amazing group of people.

    6. Good image on local market as well as very respected Globally

    1. Lots of things started are not finished
    2. Constant changes - decisions change, conditions change, organizational structure changes often
    3. At times unclear internal processes and procedures
    4. High work intensity

    Advice to Management

    Stick to agreed priorities and don't forget to have a long term vision! Ensure timely communication and care for employees - they are an amazing asset you still have! Don't lose the passion that the company once had - that is what made it unique and that is what powered employee loyalty.

    Pros

    They care about their employees. There were lot of benefits (cheap phones, extra vacations, team buildings, trainings, ....).

    Cons

    The top management does not known what is software development. It is not core business for them.

    Advice to Management

    Read the Peopleware book.
