    Negative Outlook

I worked at Vogster full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed the team and some of the titles we worked on. Working with top comic book artists and publishers was fun, as was co-marketing with folks from the music and fashion industry.

    Cons

Very little ability to define and stay on course for a strategy, resulting in day-to-day focus shifts that had ripple effects. Some employees were dropped from one day to the next, others treated fairly with some effort to ease the transition.

    Advice to Management

Develop some patience to stay the course of a decision rather than so quickly interpreting momentary results as a "trend" and changing company wide course immediately.

    Pros

Unfortunately, Vogster sold its main product CrimeCraft and has only a skeleton staff in the US to take care of day-to-day activiities.

    Cons

Not much purpose in listing pros and cons when the company essentially has no US presence and no plans to espand/hire.
