    I worked at Volt Information Sciences full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fought to get me the right pay off the bat and continued to work with me when I requested raises or any other kind of assistance.

    Cons

    Outside of the norms that come with contracting, I really cannot think of any cons with Volt. I truly felt they always had my best interests in mind.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your managers engaged and ready to help the contractors in the field.

    Lots of Flexibility, treats internal employees well, solid tenure, and they empower people to make decisions. Overall, it is a great place to work.

    Cons

    Slow to adopt to change, comp is lower than industry average.

    Advice to Management

    they are a mature company in a growing and rapidly changing industry. Decide what you want to be and know that we can't please everyone.

    Teamwork within department, camaraderie , and flexibility

    Cons

    Health insurance, no accountability from upper management, very top heavy, no transparency about company's future, and HR is not reliable and not informative

    Advice to Management

    Please find another healthcare plan, it is draining everyone's pockets. Even with pay cuts, it's hurting employee's and their family's well being.
    Management needs to take accountability and stop passing the buck. They need to train their sales teams and to not expect others to do their work for them.
    HR and benefits, answer your phones and email questions.

    Mandatory overtime. You work almost 60 hours a week

    Cons

    Mandatory overtime. And they mess up your pay alot.and the company doesnt appreicate it the work you do. Snap on managers and employee that work for the company treats temps like crap
