    Pros

Flexibility and Awesome Spiffs and rewarding for Attendance and Quality of Service

    Cons

You must work all Holidays, and computer systems and headsets not all operational to function in your position

    Advice to Management

Alternate employees who have worked a holiday, everyone should have to work a holiday. And, headsets should be purchased by employee's to assure they are in functioning condition to prevent abuse of hardware. And food on the floor should be limited to snacks and sandwiches and not hot meals that destroy hardware and cubicles.

    Pros

Fun people to work and network with. Got to witness pre-production first hand.

    Cons

That I was let go after knowing full well I did nothing wrong, have a feeling they hired an intern they didn't have to pay or a family member instead. Was fired over the phone and email and was sent my belongings in the mail, told to not come and get it myself.
