    Pros

Good Tools, Owners are Good Guys. Co workers are real go getters, progressive environment overall.

    Cons

Overly Structured for my tastes, It seems like most staffing agencies have not made it into the 21st Century where quality of life is not a preference it's a must have.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing

I have been working at Volt full-time

    Pros

They provide great benefits and their recruiters are really helpful in helping you find a job. With any questions you need answer about employment, they will help you.

    Cons

I can't think of a con as of this moment because I've only been with Volt for no less than a month. Although, so far so good.

    Advice to Management

I advice that everything as talked about in the contract will be followed through and that each and every employee will be notified about unexplained information.

    I worked at Volt full-time

    Pros

They were able to find me a position right out of college. They offered okay pay.

    Cons

No paid time off at all. You must work 520 hours in 13 weeks prior to a holiday in order to get holiday pay. So if your company is closed a day prior to or after a holiday then good luck trying to get holiday pay.

I worked at Volt full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Workmates are hardworking and easy to get along with.

    Cons

There are to many Workmates which causes the workload to be decreased and boredom sets in quickly.
    With boredom comes mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the false hopes of advancement.
There are plenty of people willing to just do the job.
    Giving False hope decreases morale
