I have been working at Volvo Buses full-time

      Pros

Work-life balance, benefits from the company are good.

      Cons

Management really needs strong training here and they should really help team when they need to take hard decisions. Manager listens or believes just one or two persons in the team and he is so dependent that he will listen all the rubbish of those two persons only.No role, no designation, no process in the teams.

      Advice to Management

Lots of improvement needed but management won't take it as positively, so no advice to management.
