    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Very productive environment for interns. The employees and management are very helpful and there is much creative freedom and opportunities to challenge oneself.

    Cons

Projects are abruptly cancelled at times. Converting your position to a full time gig is near impossible as their hiring has pretty much stagnated, but then again it's probably the job market for such companies.

    Advice to Management

Not much to say. You guys have a good co-op program going on it's tremendously helpful to students. Just be clear about why certain projects are cancelled and streamline the acquisition of parts. The current process is a mess..

    Pay is under industry standard.
Chambersburg is where most employees live, is dull too.
