I have been working at Vormetric full-time

    Pros

The company has some solid products that win on technical merits, and is growing aggressively to market and promote their new / old products. The management and the employees are professional and capable.

    Cons

As the company grows aggressively on all fronts (products, territories, etc.), it needs to better transition the existing employees to handle the growth (through training, rotation, attrition, etc.)

    Advice to Management

Grow the company by increasing the margins, by asking the employees to innovate and become more efficient / effective.
