As any company growing at a huge pace, all processes are being implemented on the fly, which by the way it´s a good thing as people are coming from different backgrounds and have the opportunity to help the creation of those processes and also to sum up while blending the culture. So, for those who like to sit in something cozy office chair, I would highly recommend going to work for the competition.

The team at Voximplant provide an excellent onboarding experience, especially for 100% remote employees. It is a fantastic combination of giving you the tools you need to succeed, suggestions for connections, guidance on targets and priorities whilst also giving you the opportunity to identify opportunities and set your own book of work. The globally dispersed team is extremely open and friendly. It is easy and encouraged reach out to anyone in the business to ask questions or share ideas, including with the founders and CEO.
