    I worked at Voxiva full-time

    Pros

    Free health insurance
    Employees are genuine

    Cons

Company operates like a start up company but has been around for years. They dont value what you have to say unless you are the CEO period so forget your new idea. They talk alot but there are no real actions behind the pom poms. the turn over is crazy, you will not hardly be trained and but you better figure it out fast or you are out the door and back in the food stamp line. If you talk too much then people will feel threaten so please act like a dummy and pretend you are being taught everything because no one likes a challenge or any new systems and processes there because it means more work. they love snacks though.Do not make this your career because there are no opportunities for growth you are your title and that is all you will be. Good luck feeling like you are a robot in a twilight zone everyday just going to a routine set. Dont trust a soul! They dont respect the indian staff they hire this is a circus expect you did not pay to see it you are in it.

    Pros

Initially, it was the chance to work for a progressive company selling an innovative and exciting product in an industry ripe for new technology and ideas.

    Cons

There is very little openness and collaboration - the upper management treats the sales people like they're idiots and they're treated quite crassly at times. The business model is always changing and quite difficult for both partners and potential customers to grasp as it is not clearly defined. The founders care very little for the welfare and future development of their employees. Ideas that are born through the little collaboration are taken by upper management and used as their own.

    Advice to Management

It doesn't matter how great your accolades and how wonderful you think your product is if you don't treat your employees with respect and make them want to work for you and the company.
