    I worked at Voxiva full-time

    Pros

    Free health insurance
    Employees are genuine

    Cons

Company operates like a start up company but has been around for years. They dont value what you have to say unless you are the CEO period so forget your new idea. They talk alot but there are no real actions behind the pom poms. the turn over is crazy, you will not hardly be trained and but you better figure it out fast or you are out the door and back in the food stamp line. If you talk too much then people will feel threaten so please act like a dummy and pretend you are being taught everything because no one likes a challenge or any new systems and processes there because it means more work. they love snacks though.Do not make this your career because there are no opportunities for growth you are your title and that is all you will be. Good luck feeling like you are a robot in a twilight zone everyday just going to a routine set. Dont trust a soul! They dont respect the indian staff they hire this is a circus expect you did not pay to see it you are in it.

    Pros

Initially, it was the chance to work for a progressive company selling an innovative and exciting product in an industry ripe for new technology and ideas.

    Cons

There is very little openness and collaboration - the upper management treats the sales people like they're idiots and they're treated quite crassly at times. The business model is always changing and quite difficult for both partners and potential customers to grasp as it is not clearly defined. The founders care very little for the welfare and future development of their employees. Ideas that are born through the little collaboration are taken by upper management and used as their own.

    Advice to Management

It doesn't matter how great your accolades and how wonderful you think your product is if you don't treat your employees with respect and make them want to work for you and the company.

    Pros

Employees are great people to work with. Smart and passionate co-workers. Casual dress is a plus. Software company that has potential to do innovative work in the health space. Free health insurance.

    Cons

Company is stuck on old technology without a clear value-offering (can you decipher that website?). Business direction is constantly changing. Little opportunity for growth. The high turnover goes unaddressed. An open office space is not really conducive for collaboration. Some managers openly berate employees and no one says anything.

    Advice to Management

Don't start valuing people once they're out the door. It's too late.

I worked at Voxiva full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Find a good working environment and flexi working hours

    Cons

If you have good approach in higher management (personal relations/relatives) then only you'll get benefits like salary and promotions otherwise they believe everyone is working for charity. They expect from employees for good work but they forgot their appreciations specially in yearly performance review. Normally best employees can get max 7% hike in 3 years and others who have a good approach in management can get promotions and hike twice in a year.

    Advice to Management

Check out the market outside and see their are many other organizations who respect their employees work and provide good opportunities.

I have been working at Voxiva full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

relaxed working environment with flexible working hours.I worked at voxiva full-time for almost 4 years now.

    Cons

No career advancement. People appear to be just going through the motions and realize that they have nothing else better to to. No feedback from the top-down and the home office didn't share anything about new projects, initiatives, etc with other divisions (or at least that information didn't trickle down so we're expected to automatically know it).

    Advice to Management

Keep the staff informed about what is going on to keep the motivation factor up

I have been working at Voxiva full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Voxiva has a nice friendly working environment. I would say salary and benefits are fair. There is opportunity to progress if you work hard and do well. Because the company is small (about 100 employees) you get given a lot of responsibility and can see the results of your work.

    Cons

Voxiva is a very fast pace environment. You need to learn to juggle multiple priorities. It is sometimes hard to keep up with the pace!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing

I have been working at Voxiva full-time

    Pros

It is a rewarding experience working at Voxiva. My career has taken off and I enjoy my role. The staff is great to work with and you can have true mentorships. The idea of knowing what I am working on is helping to change and save lives is purposeful bi-product.

    Cons

Voxiva is a work environment where there is a lot going on at once. It takes focus, organizaton and a concern to achieve excellence as a constant motivator. You have to be your best time manager.

    Advice to Management

Continue in your leadership of the team with vision and strength, listening to the staff and letting them be a part of the process can be the keys to additional success.

I have been working at Voxiva full-time

    Pros

Really at the fore-front and creating products which are helping to shape and change the healthcare landscape. The people are great to work with and respect one anothers talents. After more than 4 years with company, there is still an opportunity to grow and bring added value.

    Cons

With innovation being the focus, there is always a lot going on. People have to wear many hats and remember to communicate the most immediate needs. Compensation is very competitive for the industry and size of company. The benefits are good...always wish for more vacation days.

    Advice to Management

Always take time to listen to the team members. The more listening happens, the more learning and growth can take place. This can only lead to greater success!
