I have been working at Voxpro Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people on the lower level Easy work Decent benifits

    Cons

Favoritism and politics run the show No matter how good you are at what you do or how well you get along with your coworkers, it will not matter here When you go up for a promotion and have your presentation, they have already picked the winners before you begin. It doesn't matter how good or bad someone's presentation and record is Little to no upward mobility Would rather put in pool tables and fancy coffee... machines than provide any form of monetary benifits No 401k match They will fire people in droves for minor infractions if a client doesn't renew the contract to avoid paying out unemployment

    Advice to Management

Try promoting based on merit, performance, and leadership ability

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation to tenured agents, their skills and what they can contribute. Pay raises for tenure/performance would go a long way.
