    I worked at Vreasy full-time

    Pros

    - Fun, international, diverse team
    - Great startup environment with ample opportunity to learn and develop yourself professionally
    - The CEO has a proven track record and is easy to work with
    - Can't beat working by the beach
    - Fun activities organized outside of work

    Cons

    - If you're not self-motivated, you'll find the freedom and startup environment overwhelming
    - Not for someone who wants a typical "9 to 5 office job"

    Advice to Management

The flexibility provided and autonomy given to employees was great and allowed me to explore my interests and find where I could best put my skills to use and help the team.

I worked at Vreasy (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Startup environment with great people!
Open office space located on the Beach.
Company plays soccer every Monday night.
    BBQs on Martins Sailboat
Free rides on Martins sea plane.
    Great learning experience.
Opportunity to wear multiple hats and work on different projects.

    Cons

Sometimes there's a guy singing outside the office which can get pretty annoying. Also, the office got pretty dark in the afternoon and needed more lightbulbs. I'm sure they fixed that issue by now.

    Advice to Management

Management was great and was always willing to help whenever I asked for it. They were also open to hearing ideas from everyone. My internship at Vreasy was very inspiring and motivating.

I worked at Vreasy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - lovely people, everybody is always willing to help and give advice. Even when I was leaving people were offering to help me find a new job - a testament to the quality of people working there
    - lots of opportunity for responsibility. I always felt I was listened to in meetings, even though I was very junior
    - you're really encouraged to run with your ideas, so you feel like you can make a significant difference
    - perks e.g. BBQs on CEO's boat, cava on birthdays
    - office is in a great location near to the beach
    - there's an office garden to work in if you want to get away from your desk
    - overall a really great company that I miss very much!

    Cons

    - the only one I can really think of is that the small size of the company can mean your job requirements are quite broad, but for me that was a pro so very subjective really

    Advice to Management

I suppose stricter goal setting would help drive growth further, as things sometimes felt a bit aimless, but this was already being aggressively addressed just before I left

A really interesting company where I learnt a lot.
I had to leave for personal reasons but I'd recommend Vreasy for sure !

    Cons

    Nothing bad at all !

    Advice to Management

The management of Vreasy was perfect. Managers trust their teammates and you talk is taking in consideration.
