Mar 6, 2023 - HR Manager in WrocławRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The Vstorm organization is focused on communication and immediate solving of the smallest challenges. As a People Manager in this organization, I value an individual approach to each of us with a 100% focus on the needs of a given person, but also with 100% respect for the individuality of each of us. Interesting projects are those that hit the hearts of people and happen with their full support and commitment.
Cons
We are still a growing organization

Woman in IT sector in Poland, in general do not have it easy. Vstorm is one of those exceptions, that should be more and more. Their HR Department is great and genuinely care about well-being of people. Which is uncommon (again!). I appreciate flexible working hours, that I can adapt to my life and the fact that if I feel like working from my garden, I can do it. They are remote as they say. I feel that my projects are leading my further. So overall the experience is pretty postitive
Cons
I cannot think (at the moment!) of any major ones.

I Highly recommend to those who want to care about their freedom!
Aug 25, 2022 - Senior Python Developer in Warsaw, MasoviaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I always have five rules: a company that inspires me, a project that I feel passionate about, a management that is reasonable, community spirit and finally a possibility to work remotely, without any excuses. Vstorm, for a moment fulfils all these points. I like the mindset and culture here and the fact that nearly everyone seems so enthusiastic about travelling and sports, apart of Python of course. We will see how it goes.
Cons
More integration meetings would be welcome.

Pros
I Work at Vstorm since 2020. I am full of admiration how fast the company is growing. The advantage is working remotely. It can be done from anywhere in the world. We are like one big family, everyone can count on help whenever something is wrong. I developed my skills very quickly at Vstorm. I am really grateful to them for that!
Cons
I am not in a position to say anything bad

After a few months of cooperation, I have to admit that working at Vstorm is a real pleasure. The company understands my needs and gives me excellent flexibility to do my work, including time and place - this is a real value these days. So if you are a digital nomad then you should definitively check current Vstorm job offers. When it comes to contact, it is super easy to reach anybody and get an instant answer or help since the whole company is using Slack. That is a great idea - time to say goodbye to long emails and waiting hours or days for an answer. And when you need to sign some papers then you can do it 100% online - they are using Autenti. Also, if you are looking for a community of IT professionals then Vstorm is again the right place. People here are open to share their knowledge.
Cons
Vstorm is a relatively new company, so not everybody knows their name yet. It will take some time and effort to change that, but they are in a good way.

Friendly, Flexible, Professional
Jan 24, 2022 - Python DeveloperRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I am traveling a lot and for me the opportunity of remote work and flexible hours is crucial - I certainly got that in VSTORM. I can work in any place in the world at any moment of the day. It is easy to communicate with anybody, co-workers are friendly and open for a conversation. When working in a team we support each other and that's uplifting. Being surrounded by professionals with open minds and eager to talk about the job or have a small talk about traveling to another continent, gives a huge comfort and keeps the team together. While working on a project I can rely on other Developers and Project Managers always ready to help and find some solution together. We discuss the technologies, try to use the best solution possible and we keep up with the technology trends. We plan, execute, review and everything is happening in a great atmosphere.
Cons
It is still a relatively small company so it can not compete with tech giants yet (regarding perks, conferences, etc.)
