Leadership was disjointed and in constant chaos. No mission, focus and ability to achieve any of the goals, Toxic work environment. People get thrown under the bus, set up to fail, and don't get support to succeed. ZERO loyalty.

Pay is great, people are great, middle management is great. Get to go on Paul's private plane to basketball games and over to his estate for movie night.
Cons
Products developed are pretty silly, and you get to feeling like you're spinning your wheels working on pipe dreams of Paul's. Innovation in project direction is not encouraged. They seem afraid to let loser employees go, especially bullying incompetent ones. Project managers play the role of product owners, and they seem more concerned with not rocking the boat and protecting their cush jobs than with building something someone might care about. While they pay well, opportunity for growth is limited.
