    Positive Outlook

I worked at Vw International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

While working at VWI, I was fortunate to work with leading professionals in the industry. These no-nonsense individuals knew how to get a job done right the first time. They made the company run like a well-oiled machine.

    Cons

Like any machine, well-oiled or otherwise, breakdowns occur. When I left VWI, it felt as though a stick had been wedged in the main gear of the machine. However, I feel unqualified to point fingers. I just noticed that one by one, the best and hardest working members of the company had either been fired or moved on.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting key talent get away. Your employees really are your greatest asset.
