    Pros

    You get lots of free time....can work on research projects. No one interferes in the work.

    Cons

    The management is illiterate and uncultured. Salary is not credited in time.

    Advice to Management

    Better decrease the bureaucracy. Make yourself available to the employees. Show respect to the staff who were working from a long long time
