I worked at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital full-time
Great company when the money was rolling in. Once the company started to lose branches, the entire executive team was clueless of how to change the path. I worked with some of the smartest people I've ever known, unfortunately they were not in decision making positions.
The biggest issue with this company is the lack of leadership. There is no leadership from the top and it trickles down to the bottom.
