I have been working at W. L. Butler Construction

      Pros

      W. L. Butler has consistently been named one of the Best Places to Work, and it lives up to that title each and every day! W. L. Butler is a large enough company to offer diverse project experience and amazing opportunities for career growth, but still small enough to offer a family-friendly environment and a caring culture that is rare nowadays. I simply cannot imagine working anywhere else!

      Cons

If you are looking for a strictly corporate feel, W. L. Butler is not the place for you!

I have been working at W. L. Butler Construction

      Pros

Great Benefits, Very Competent Upper Management, Fair Salaries, Lots of Work, Excellent Reputation in the Industry, Nice 401K with 5% Match

      Cons

With the recent downturn in the economy, no raises or bonuses, but that is expected as all companies are going through the same issues. Slow to raise salaries to keep up with the changing market rates.

      Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Your employees feel appreciated and value the excellent reputation that WL Butler has worked so hard to achieve.
