I have been working at W. P. Carey full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great to work with so many smart and competent people. Fancy parties and tons of catered food.
    Benefits are/were great.

    Cons

Many hours worked. Had one boss complain that someone left at 10PM when they could have stayed later. They are reducing benefits and showing less and less regard for personnel. CEO is not people oriented or open minded but knows the business.

I worked at W. P. Carey as an intern

    Pros

The teams are very close. It is a small, young firm in which everyone knows each other and has fun together. Very frequent access to upper management. Even as an intern, my work was getting sent to the c-suite

    Cons

Sometimes processes can be unorganized in that you might not know who or which team is responsible for what. Communication within the firm can take a really long time. There is formal training process.
